The minimum reservation for a bike is half a day for some bikes and a full day for others.

Daytime: 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

 

Bikes are rented clean. It is the customer's duty to make the bikes clean. In the event of abuse, we may have to charge for cleaning the bike.

 

Road bikes are equipped with:

- a saddle bag with repair kits and tools,

- a pump,

- a counter,

- 2 bottle cages.

Bicycles are to be picked up from the store and brought back to the store at the end of the rental. Bike deliveries are not insured.

In the event of damage:

The customer is responsible for all damage or damage caused. The customer agrees to reimburse the costs incurred by the repair.

The customer must report the theft to the nearest Police or Gendarmerie. The customer will provide Provence Cycles with the theft declaration provided by the authorities. The customer is responsible in the event of theft.

For repairs:

Bikes are rented in good working order. In the event of a problem, the customer must return the bike to the store. Support is free if the problems are not the result of misuse or neglect. Provence Cycles is committed to ensuring that the customer can leave as quickly as possible with a minimum of waste of time. If it is not possible for the customer to return the bike, he can, after having received an agreement from Provence Cycles, have the bike repaired in the nearest workshop. The reimbursement of the repair invoice at the end of the rental will be made.
